The Stress Cup
Jen created this presentation in 2017 after losing one of her best friends to addiction and mental health issues. Since then, she has incorporated this concept into various presentations around California, reaching over 5,000 youth and adults since then. Now she has made this condensed video version available for free so you can hopefully benefit from the content and support others as we all journey towards healthier, happier lives! Jen truly believes that we can prevent addiction by having honest (and sometimes hard) conversations, and hopes this content continues to resonate with those who need it!
